88fd Terms and Conditions

1 General Terms

88fd is an online gaming and sports betting platform. Before accessing the platform or using any service, every member must read and understand all the terms set out below.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement. In any dispute between a user and 88fd, these Terms will be the final document of reference. 88fd reserves the right to change these Terms at any time, and continued use of the platform after a change is considered acceptance of that change.

• All services on the platform are provided for personal entertainment purposes.
• Using the platform for commercial purposes, on behalf of a third party, or in any other fraudulent manner is strictly prohibited.
• If any clause of these Terms is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining clauses will continue to apply.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

To open an account on 88fd, each applicant must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information at the time of registration. If false information is provided, 88fd has the right to close the account immediately.

• Each person may create only one account. Creating more than one account in the name of the same person or members of the same household is not allowed.
• An active mobile number or email address is required for registration.
• If any personal information changes, the member must notify the 88fd support team.
• After registration, 88fd may at any time request a government-issued ID or other necessary documents for identity verification.
• It is the member's responsibility to keep account login details completely confidential. Allowing another person to use the account is not permitted.

3 Age Verification and Age Requirements

All 88fd services are for adults aged 21 or over only. Minors are completely prohibited from registering on or using any service of this platform.

At the time of registration, the member confirms that they are 21 years of age or older. 88fd reserves the right to verify the age of any member when needed, and the member's account may be restricted until verification is complete.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Terms

The approved payment methods for depositing and withdrawing funds on 88fd are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank).

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (for each method).
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawal requests generally take between 30 minutes and 3 hours to process.
• Members must use a payment account registered in their own name.
• Before processing any withdrawal request, 88fd may ask for identity verification.
• In the case of irregular or suspicious transactions, 88fd reserves the right to put withdrawals on hold.

5 Bonus and Promotional Offer Terms

Specific conditions must be met to claim 88fd bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has its own wagering requirement, and without meeting it, winnings from the bonus cannot be withdrawn.

For example, for the welcome bonus: 150% first-deposit bonus, up to ৳10,000 — a 25x wagering requirement applies on the bonus. That means depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus, making the balance ৳2,500, and ৳1,500 × 25 = ৳37,500 in wagering must be completed.

• Before claiming a bonus, all terms of the relevant offer must be read in full.
• Each bonus offer must be used within a set period — the bonus will be cancelled once the period expires.
• If multiple bonuses are active at the same time, 88fd will determine which is wagered first.
• 88fd reserves the right to cancel a bonus if the conditions for receiving it are not met or any irregularity in its use is found.
• Bonus funds can never be withdrawn directly — only winnings earned from the bonus become withdrawable after the wagering requirement is met.
